No entanto, \u00e9 fundamental destacar que a metodologia aplicada na cria\u00e7\u00e3o desse documento, definida pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego, leva a uma interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o condiz com a realidade da companhia, j\u00e1 que prop\u00f5e a compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre os sal\u00e1rios pagos para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho de igual valor, ao passo que os relat\u00f3rios agregam diferentes cargos, independentemente do setor de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, tempo de servi\u00e7o, experi\u00eancia na posi\u00e7\u00e3o, produtividade, excel\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica ou n\u00edveis hier\u00e1rquicos.<\/p><p>\u00c9 importante refor\u00e7ar, ainda, que a companhia n\u00e3o paga sal\u00e1rios diferentes para homens e mulheres que exercem a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o.
